About Joy Council
Joy Council was formed in 2009 after Nolita & Charlie meeting in one of the many Irish bars in Lanzarote. They quickly became friends and realising their musical taste were similar they decided they wanted to work together.
Over rehearsals a vocal compatibility was evident giving rise to an unusual boy/girl harmony act.
Since then they have worked together as a duo and teamed up with other musicians all over Lanzarote.
